Criar con amor  = Crear seres llenos de Amor

Los padres de hoy tienen un gran reto, que es educar a los hijos con bases en el amor. ¿Cómo hacerlo si muchos de ellos no recibieron esa educación? Estamos acostumbrados a infringir respeto a través del miedo, pero eso sólo genera discordia.

Aquí hay una serie de consejos tan sencillos como: “No compares a tus hijos con otros niños” que sería lógico, pero que es tan común como obligarlos a que se coman la comida con amenazas.

Mi amigo JuanMa me mandó éste texto hace años, no sé de quién es, tu sabes?

Desde que somos pequeños nos enseñan cual es el orden correcto de las cosas y nosotros lo aceptamos. Lo aceptamos porque nuestros padres, educadores, amigos nos lo enseñan con todo su amor, nos lo enseñan así porque creen que es la verdad.

Ellos a su vez, también lo recibieron de la misma manera de otros y así sucesivamente.

Nunca nos planteamos si todo lo que aprendemos es correcto, porque eso supondría poner en duda a los que nos enseñan y aceptar que puede que estén equivocados, y necesitamos (nuestro ego lo necesita) un referente, un lugar donde nos encontremos seguros.

En definitiva, no nos planteamos dudas porque nadie se ha preocupado en enseñarnos a pensar por nosotros mismos.

Una de esas enseñanzas es >tener>hacer>ser. Si tienes lo que deseas (poder, dinero,etc) podrás hacer lo que deseas (dominar, comprar) y entonces serás lo que tu desees (feliz, famoso).
Si eres capaz de echar la mirada atrás en tu vida, podrás comprobar que algo falla en ese razonamiento, porque nuestro ego funciona a través del deseo en si mismo, y viviendo la vida en función de ese orden de las cosas, entramos en un círculo vicioso.

Cuando cerramos el círculo de tener, hacer, ser, entramos rápidamente en otro un poco mayor, porque lo que tu eres, mediante este sistema de vida, podría mejorar si tuvieses más.

Digamos que eres feliz, tienes lo que deseas, haces lo que quieres, pero... ¿Cuánto dura? Pronto te rondará una idea; la idea de que “si tuvieses una pareja más atractiva, una casa mejor, un coche mejor o un trabajo mejor serías más feliz”. Pero este círculo nunca acaba de satisfacerte y te conviertes en un buscador de la felicidad, que está más cerca de lo que crees.
Probemos ahora a enfocar la vida de otra manera, más aún, exactamente al contrario (algún día descubriremos que vivimos en el otro lado de un espejo donde la realidad es la imagen invertida de la que nos han enseñado).

Pensemos en ser, hacer, tener. Si somos lo que deseamos (felices), hacemos cosas que reforzarán ese ser (cosas que nos satisfagan) y tenemos lo que necesitamos.

Es curioso pero en la vida normalmente pedimos al universo lo que deseamos y obtenemos lo que necesitamos. Quizá esa sea una de las razones de tanta insatisfacción.

Lo que ocurre, es que lo que necesitamos para saber quienes somos realmente (ese es nuestro cometido aquí en esta vida terrena), no siempre es lo "mejor", lo más "hermoso", etc.

Recuerda... Simplemente aquí y ahora.

We have no doubts because nobody has bothered to teach us to think by ourselves.

One of the lessons is: >To have>to do>to be. If you have what you want ( power, money, etc) you can do whatever you want (possess, buy), and then you will be what you want (happy, famous).

If you look back on your life, you can see that something is wrong with this reasoning because our ego works through desire itself, and by living life according to that order of things, we enter a circle cycle.

When we close the circle to have, to do, to be, quickly enter the other a little bit bigger, because what you are, using that way of life, would improve if you had more.

Let's say that you're happy, you have what you want, do what you want, but... for how long? Soon you will be around the idea that “if you had a couple more attractive, a better house, a better car, or a better job, you would be happier”.

But in this circle, you are never satisfied and you become a seeker of happiness, which is closer than you think.

Let's try now to approach life in another way, indeed, exactly the opposite (one day discover that we live on the other side of the mirror where reality is the mirrored image of the one we have been taught) .

Let's think about to be, to do, to have. If we are what we want (happy), we do things that reinforce that being (things we like) and have what we need.

It's funny but in life, we usually ask the universe what we want and we get what we need. Maybe that's the reason for such dissatisfaction.

What happens, is that what we need to know who we really are (that's our mission here in this life on Earth) not always is the "best", the most "beautiful", etc...

La Nueva Educación / The New Education

Me gusta como el sistema educativo mundial tiembla ante la inmediatez de internet y la eficacia de la tecnología. La estrategia es usar ésta herramientas en pro de la nueva educación, más humana, sin esa competitividad que era sinónimo de niños con depresión.

La generación de nuestros abuelos vivió una vida más plena, cercana a la naturaleza, a veces al ritmo de la Tierra. Muy dura y hostil en términos de la educación emocional, épocas donde se aprendía a golpes.

La generación de nuestros padres vivió el bum de las cosas. Cada vez más cosas para comprar y comprar, con dinero y sin dinero también. Lo desechable. Tuvieron muchos de ellos que aprender a golpes también y arreglárselas con la tecnología. Los papás tratan de inculcar una vida saludable a los hijos, sin haber sido ejemplo de ella.

Todos estamos de acuerdo en que debemos instaurar un nuevo sistema, no sólo educacional sino total. Muchos quieren volver a vivir en comunidades y las nuevas escuelas se basan en tener a los alumnos desarrollando un trabajo en equipo. Ya no más compitiendo, ni generándoles angustias que terminan con el espíritu curioso y creativo, que es natural en los niños. Las nuevas escuelas son Centros Sociales Holísticos, de Arte y Salud, del Arte de Vivir.

Las nuevas escuelas ya no fabrican a los esclavos del futuro.

Jugar, “el Juego” es de suma importancia para una real “educación”, para inculcar valores, imponer reglas, respeto, metas, llegar al triunfo, vivir como se siente el éxito y la cooperación son foco de atención de ésta evolución. Nueva educación es un cambio de pensamiento, es Nuevo, no es lo establecido, es aquí y ahora una nueva actitud de vida.

Documentales como “La Educación Prohibida” http://www.educacionprohibida.com/ y “Alphabet” de Erwin Wagenhofer http://www.alphabet-derfilm.at/ nos demuestran que el proceso es mundial, no se resistan, tómenlo como un juego. ¡Diviértanse!

Éste es un video de una escuela pequeña en Northeast Harbor en USA donde se le da libertad a la profesora para hacer reuniones con son estudiantes donde cuentan que hicieron el fin de semana o ella dice que trata de hacer yoga dos veces por semana, los saca de la rutina, crea un ambiente familiar y los estudiantes tienen mejor disposición de estar en clase y de aprender, porque no está estresados. Es de suma importancia la educación emocional desde temprana edad, así se evitan los abusos y en caso de USA, los tiroteos.

Chile necesita centros educativos de Vida, no sólo colegios como los conocemos. Requerimos de buenas bibliotecas y acceso a equipos para realizar estudios online. Lugares donde practicar diferentes disciplinas artísticas. Si un niño tiene un talento debe tener derecho a desarrollarlo y no a ajustarse a un horario de clases de una estructura educacional obsoleta. Chile necesita espacios en recintos que permanezcan abiertos como centro sociales, donde cada quien aporte y pueda asistir a diversos talleres de diferentes técnicas de ejercicio físico, donde puedan aprender a hacer yoga y a meditar. Tener jardines y huertos, donde las personas puedan cultivar sus alimentos y estos puedan proveer la cocina del centro educacional. El centro de reciclaje de diferentes materiales y de desechos orgánicos. Un área que acoja animales para sanarlos y retenerlos el tiempo necesario para ser dados en adopción, eso les enseña a los niños a respetar la vida. Pueden integrarse personas de la tercera edad, desarrollarse terapias diversas e incluso integrar en actividades a niños autistas y personas con alguna discapacidad.

La comunidad aportará según sean sus posibilidades para la mantención sea a través de donaciones, realizando talleres y trabajos, como inclusive, limpieza. Hay personas que voluntariamente se ofrecen a trabajar por techo y comida a cambio de prestar éste servicio a la comunidad, a su sociedad, además de gente extranjera, que incluso pueden ayudar con la enseñanza de su idioma. Serán todos trabajadores que mantengan el centro educacional, aparte de los profesores y personas formales que administran.

Y si la gente quiere carretear, que lo haga en los bares de éstos lugares, de manera responsable y gasten su dinero en entidades que lo merezcan, donde asistan a eventos culturales, festivales y muestras diversas.

Las personas siguen repitiendo afirmaciones como: “¡Ésta juventud!”, “¡Hay mucha delincuencia!”. Lo que hay son falta de oportunidades, hay una división generacional extrema, un desinterés de “La Sociedad” que abandona tanto a los perros vagos como a niños y ancianos.

No importa lo exterior, todos somos iguales, seres humanos. Todos coexistimos en Chile y en este planeta, trabajar ahora en éste presente, es velar por el futuro perfecto que dejaremos a las próximas generaciones y eso sólo se hace creando una nueva educación, de personas que coman sano, hagan ejercicio, consuman con conciencia y se diviertan.

En un futuro muy próximos, todos tendremos la vida que queremos tener, creciendo juntos como sociedad.

No habrán cárceles, la gente que está en enferma en sus cuerpos o mentes, podrán ser tratados o cualquier enfermedad podrá prevenirse, con hábitos sanos a través de una buena educación.
