En un recóndito paraje de Rusia, La Escuela de Tekos es administrada por los estudiantes, que también son maestros. Los profesores son más bien guías y la auto-enseñanza hace que los jóvenes se formen a sí mismos, con valores que nacen de su interior y que no son necesarios de inculcar como en el pasado. En un año, asimilan los conocimientos, que en el sistema educacional retrógrado tarda muchísimos años.
Los jóvenes se superan, tempranamente se hacen especialistas y profesionales de varias disciplinas. Se motivan fácilmente gracias a la participación grupal, están realizando diversas actividades recreativas y se concentran en un sólo tema en profundidad, hasta dominarlo por completo. Le tienen tanto cariño a su escuela, ya que es su propia creación y esfuerzo, que no sienten anhelo por regresar a casa.
Que dicha que estos tiempos van tan rápido y son una excelente oportunidad para romper con los patrones establecidos. Poco a poco avanzamos, por todas partes, la nueva educación comienza por dentro anticipando su manifestación externa.

Children building their school, their lives, their future.
In a little town in Russian, the School of Tekos is run by the students, who are also the Masters. The teachers are rather guides and the self-teaching makes young people build themselves with values that arise from within and that are not necessary to being teach as in the past. In one year they can assimilate the knowledge, that in the retrograde educational system takes many years.
Young people are overcome, at early age they become specialists and professionals from different disciplines. Easily motivated by the group participation, are carrying various recreational activities and also concentrated on a single topic in depth, to domain it completely. They have so much love for their school, is their own creation and effort, they do not feel desire to return home.
Lovely that these times are going so fast and are an excellent opportunity to break with established patterns. Gradually we move, everywhere, the new school begins inside anticipating its external manifestation.
