Estamos viviendo una época donde todas las máscaras comienzan a caer.
Respecto de cómo educar o guiar a las nuevas generaciones en medio de éste caos, sólo queda repetir y recopilar lo que ya muchos llevan practicando.
La buena onda.
Sólo se puede inspirar al otro, en vez de motivar. Cuando uno es el ejemplo a seguir, queda practicar el buen humor, la vida sana, el deseo de autosuperarse. Si uno no hace esas cosas, no puede esperarse del otro, sea éste un alumno, hijo o cualquier otra persona. Siempre vamos a exigir respeto y responsabilidad por parte de otro, cuando somos nosotros respetuosos y responsables. Si no, no hay consecuencia. Es nuestra manera de ser la que ha de llamar la atención del otro. Como guías y educadores hemos de cuidar qué transmitimos con nuestras acciones, palabras y lenguaje corporal. Estamos creando una nueva generación de personas que demanda hacer hincapié en los Valores Humanos.

You can only inspire others, instead of motivating them. One becomes an example to follow by practising good humour, living a healthy life, and having the desire to improve oneself. If we don't do these things, we cannot expect them from others, whether they are students, children, or anyone else. We will always demand respect and responsibility from others when we are respectful and responsible. If not, there are no consequences. It is a way to attract the attention of the other person. As guides and educators, we have to take care of what we transmit through our actions, words, and body language. We are creating a new generation of people who emphasise Human Values.
